Position Profile:

 Under the professional supervision of a Board approved Clinical Psychologist, provides clinical, consultant, education and research psychology services with individuals, families, groups, other internal and external organisations and professionals, within the context of the Mental Health Transitional Care Unit (MHTCU). The MHTCU is a community based sub-acute residential service that consists of the short-term Prevention and Recovery Unit (PRU) as well as the medium to long term Rehabilitation and Recovery Unit (RRU) for consumers aged 18 to 64 years. Practices as a Clinical Psychologist Registrar and ensures practice is in accordance to the Psychology Board of Australia Registration Standards, the Australian Psychological Society Code of Ethics and EMHS policies and guidelines.
