Job Overview:

This position resides in the of . The incumbent is responsible for multiple statewide collection programs, the departments form development, coordinating division and department wide projects. The incumbent also develops and implements strategies, processes, goals, and objectives to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of projects, programs, and provides advanced technical assistance. This position is responsible for planning and implementation of enterprise projects and programs to meet the needs, goals, and objectives of the division and department. The position reports to Division Administrator and directly supervises assigned staff.

Computers and database management systems (i.e., SABHRS, Gentax, Fairfax) General management practices including strategic planning. Principles and methods of work planning Performance management including setting goals, objectives, and measures. Quality assurance methods Organizational development Governmental organizational structure, accounting, and State and federal funding requirements Legislative and administrative rule processes and guidelines Compliance requirements and practices Customer service standards Agency policies, procedures, guidelines, and employment law Operational and program planning Supervisory principles and practices Project management Records management Accounting and reconciliation processes Collections practices Research and analysis Accuracy and attention to detail Conflict resolution Microsoft programs and other data base applications Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. Data collection, analysis, and reporting techniques. Business communications

Working Conditions

Work hours may exceed 40 hours from time to time, including weekends. Office environment. Lifting is infrequent, less than 15 pounds. Some travel may be required, must have a valid driver’s license.
