Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as customer support focal
  • Review and determine disposition of nonconforming inventory
  • Assist in resolving internal and external quality problems utilizing proven methods
  • Complete and maintain all first article inspection and product audits for assigned programs
  • Author, review and update manufacturing and/or inspection instructions
  • Contribute to team overall development thru overall experience and knowledge.
  • Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  • Develop strong internal, supplier and customer relationships. Serves as the interface between customer and GE.
  • Ensure compliance to customer requirements (drawings, standards, purchase orders, etc.)


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a quality role)
