Location: Various locations across Washington

Medical Laboratory Technicians perform laboratory tests on patient samples to assist in diagnosing and treating diseases. They work in various healthcare settings ensuring accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze biological samples (blood urine tissue).
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot issues.
  • Record and report test results accurately and promptly.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to interpret results and inform patient care.

Requirements
  • Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
  • Certification by a recognized body (e.g. ASCP CSMLS).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
