The Budget Analyst will be responsible for processing invoices reconciling assigned budget accounts and ensuring compliance with federal guidelines. This position requires a solid understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in the JDE computer system.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices for payment.
  • Reconcile budget accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor budget allocations and expenditures.
  • Prepare budget reports and analyses as required.
  • Ensure compliance with federal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to provide budgetrelated support.
Required Skills / Experience:
  • Strong accounting knowledge.
  • Proficiency in utilizing the JDE computer system.
  • Understanding of federal guidelines related to budgeting and financial operations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Working Conditions:
  • FullTime Position
  • Typical working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
