Position Overview:

HomePro is currently seeking a detailoriented and processdriven Operations Validation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role inensuring the operational accuracy of service work orders sales contracts billing processes and payment verification. This position requires a strong background in contract validation billing collections or accounts payable coupled with excellent collaboration and independent work capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Service Work Order Validation:

  • Ensure operational accuracy for service work orders before dispatch and
    upon job completion.
  • Verify parts equipment time and resource allotments before dispatch.

Contract and Billing Verification:

  • Validate sales contracts to ensure accuracy.
  • Verify billing status and coordinate with service billing and billing departments for accurate financial dispositions.
  • Determine postcompletion billing needs.

Payment Verification:

  • Verify receipt of payment before dispatching field labor.
  • Confirm completion payment received.

Job disposition and completion processing:

  • Manage job dispositioning and completion status.
  • Notify relevant departments of work order input or change requests.

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with service billing and billing departments to ensure accuratefinancial dispositions.

Adherence to Processes:

  • Ensure adherence to established processes and standards.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Background in contract validation billing collections or accounts payable.

Skills:

  • Detailoriented and processoriented.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills.
  • Goaloriented and motivated by the success of the team.
