Aon is looking for an Operations Specialist to support the K&K Insurance Group

The Operations Specialist is accountable for performing all Issuance functions necessary for policy entry, endorsement entry, and certificate processing on the most complex policies. This is a primary level operations position servicing the business unit.

What the day will look like

  • Enter electronically required policyholder information in AS400 such that policy activation can occur.
  • Enter electronically requested changes to the policy in AS400 to produce policy change endorsement.
  • Apply electronically cash to risk screens during the cash-with-app process.
  • Complete electronic policy forms in Smartcomm, final print policy or endorsement in Smartcomm, and mail.
  • Complete electronic certificates of insurance as requested.
  • Add and delete policy forms during the Smartcomm process on behalf of Policy Processors.
  • Contact help desks and Compliance with system-related problems.
  • Attend all training classes provided as instructed.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Strong computer keyboarding skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Education: High school diploma or GED

Pay Transparency Laws

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $33,100 to $35,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant‘s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant‘s geographic location.
