Staff Development Coordinator

Episcopal Homes of Minnesota is a leader in senior care services for over 130 years. We offer homes and services for people in Senior Apartments, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Care centers in the Midway area of St. Paul. We complement our homes with a home care service, foundation, a management company and a robust campus life program that provides a fitness center, pool, theater, 1st class dining room, pub and special events.

Position Summary:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the successful implementation, coordination, and evaluation of all training programs at Episcopal Homes. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that all employees are properly trained and that all programs align with our organizational goals. The Training Coordinator will manage the scheduling, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs, both in-house and through external vendors, with a special focus on the administration and maintenance of the Relias training platform.

Pay and Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • $24.00 - $28.00 hourly. Experience Compensated

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sequencing of training modules, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Prioritize and schedule training sessions to meet the specific needs of different departments within the organization.
  • Monitor employee progress, performance throughout training programs and Track completion rates, assessment scores, and overall effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions, using this data to continuously improve training materials, content delivery, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Vendor Coordination
  • Validate the effectiveness of training by assessing post-training knowledge and skill improvements.
  • Conduct assessments to ensure that employees can apply what they have learned in a practical setting.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to clinical staff during training, ensuring smooth delivery of content.
  • Relias Training Platform Administration
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in training coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with training platforms, particularly Relias.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online learning platforms.
  • Experience with vendor management and external training programs.
  • Demonstrates ability to analyze training feedback and make data-driven improvements.
