Summary
These positions are located in Partnerships and Civic Engagement, in the State and Local Assistance Programs Division. The purpose of this position is to perform cradle-to-grave administration including pre-award, award, post-award, and close-out functions in support of various financial assistance programs.Open to the first 100 applicants or until 03/29/2024 whichever comes first. All applications submitted by 11:59 (EST) on the closing day will receive consideration.
Duties
The major duties of the Grant Management Specialist position include, but are not limited to, the following: Interpret and apply legal authorities, regulations, policy, and other program requirements and ensure that grants are compliant with Federal laws and regulations. Monitors compliance with annual financial reviews and audits, such as those required by A-123 Monitors the apportionment, obligation, grant and special reapportionment balances Analyses progrm policy and operational procedures and monitors their implementation.Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.
