Job Summary
Benjamin Moore is seeking a talented Systems Integration Specialist to join our dynamic IT support team. As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting, upgrading, and monitoring various systems in the organization. You will also be involved in exciting projects such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development, Onbase Document management system, Axway File Transfer system and implementing generative AI models to optimize various aspects of our digital processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy technology solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, add value to the end user experience, and improve our competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Daily operational support of assigned systems including monitoring, remediation and upgrades. Systems include Onbase document management, Automation Anywhere, Axway - Secure transport.
- Continuously advance your knowledge in specific domain areas.
- Help maintain technical roadmap for planning while minimizing technical debt.
- Low code development and support of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots that support automation and automated business processes.
- Evaluate new vendor platforms that may potentially be useful for future engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including key business stake holders, software engineers, and domain experts, to gather requirements/business needs and how technology can be applied to solve them.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions in general including using Windows server, Linux OS, file structures and general network understanding.
- Strong Knowledge of at least one of the following platforms: Automation Anywhere or other RPA platforms or Onbase Document management.
- Following ITIL Framework of supporting enterprise technology systems
- Azure Cloud Services knowledge is a plus
- 3+ years supporting IT solutions
- Ability to utilize scripting to solve automation opportunities for various IT platforms.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex business requirements and encapsulate business logic/rules into reusable libraries.
- Experience with software versioning and change management.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, effectively prioritize, and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
