Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Homecare Providers to join our team at Tender Hearts Homecare. As a Homecare Provider, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their daily activities and ensuring their well-being. The ideal candidates should possess exceptional flexibility, empathy, and a proven track record of providing excellent care to individuals in need.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Assist with medication reminders
Support clients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and transfer techniques.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Engage in meaningful companionship and provide emotional support to clients.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and any observed changes in clients' conditions.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and medical professionals to ensure the best possible care.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and care plans.
