The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the Senior Executive Assistant will support one of the largest department within QVC and HSN. You will perform advanced level support including calendar management, planning appointments and events, arranging travel, conducting research and preparing presentations and reports. As Sr Executive Assistant. To be successful in this role, you will need to identify and address the needs of your leader and work to ensure that the workflow run.This position hybrid-remote in West Chester, PA.Who We Are

What You Bring

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, SharePoint), other presentation software.7+ years experience supportikng the schedulking needs of senior leadership.7+ years providing written communications on bhealf of assigned leadership.7+ years managing specific needs for multiple lines of business.7+ years coordinating confidential and sensitive information.Experience building internal relationships to coordinate.Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
