Essential Job Duties

In this role, you will have 4 major focus areas:

  • Build and nurture relationships across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, executive management, and cross-functional teams to comprehend Core Lab and Corporate Operations strategies, objectives, and requirements.
  • Drive the creation and implementation of disruptive technology solutions that align with and achieve business objectives.
  • Align business and technology strategies strategically by prioritizing impactful technology projects.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the technology roadmap for assigned business units to align with enterprise initiatives.
  • Oversee the business engagement of projects from conceptualization to prioritization to implementation, providing regular updates to business stakeholders.
  • Work in tandem with the IT PMO to facilitate enterprise resource planning for high-priority initiatives.
  • Proactively share insights into technology risks and opportunities, creating a competitive advantage and enhancing the efficacy and efficiency of business areas.
  • Stay updated on market trends and technological advances, possessing extensive industry/business knowledge relevant to assigned business areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in roles involving direct interaction and high influence with senior leadership, both internal and external. Demonstrates the ability to rapidly build rapport and trust across all departments, creating alignment among disparate senior stakeholders to commit to key talent initiatives.
  • Has 3+ years of experience in Core Lab or Corporate Operations, along with relevant knowledge.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and processes, including enterprise applications, networks, data centers, and security is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrates an ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Displays strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering innovative and pragmatic solutions.
  • Possesses project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
