Primary duties include assisting in surgery and post-operative care of cosmetic patients and to perform treatments and procedures in medical spa specializing in anti-aging and cosmetic enhancements. Excellent patient care and bedside manners a must. Experience in non-invasive cosmetic treatments and injectables is preferred. Duties include but not limited to:
Minimum 2-3 years of working in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical spa environment
Must have strong ability to consult and provide treatment options
Assist in surgeries, pre and post care as well as Follow up calls
Injectables/Fillers experience is a MUST
Lasers, IPL, RF, and other non-surgical modalities experience is a MUST
Professional demeanor and appearance
Works well with others, but is a self-motivator
Possesses excellent interpersonal and written skills
Exercises sound decision making
Eager to learn, diligent, compassionate, and detail-oriented
Ability to speak a 2nd language is a plus
Formal training and certification in injectables and fillers preferred
Must be an aesthetic visionary and problem solver
Must enjoy educating as well as treating patients
Leadership skills a bonus Must be efficient, yet pays close attention to details
Appropriate sales-ability is a plus
Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
patients for side effects or reactions
assist in surgery
Qualifications
Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse with botox, filler and lasers
Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
Valid driver's license
First aid/CPR certification required
