Mission for NOC Shift Charge Nurse
The NOC Shift Charge Nurse will provide quality, personalized care for residents through implementing their plan of care with compassion, quality and integrity.
Duties & Responsibilities OR Position Summary
Supervising and providing leadership to frontline staffManage day-to-day operations of the unitDispense medicationComplete treatmentsCommunicate information regarding resident needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff membersObserve proper infection control and safety proceduresRespond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members and fellow staff
Position Type
This is a full-time position working three 12-hour shifts each week and getting paid for 40. Shifts are weekdays, 5:45pm-6:15am with every 3rd weekend and some holidays.
Shift differential and additional pay is available for Charge Nurse responsibilities.
