Nursery/Farm Mechanic

We are looking for a skilled auto mechanic/facility maintenance that will be responsible for trouble shoot issues and fixing them to maximum reliability and functionality.

Have eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Has excellent problem-solving abilities. Must be a good communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Work with workorders given with a time frame
  • Welding when needed.
  • Build trailers
  • Maintenance throughout the nursery such as building maintenance, shade structures, light fixtures, door repairs, door handles, locks.
  • Painting equipment as needed
  • Inventory tools, check in/out
-working with diesel equipment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as auto mechanic
  • Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
  • Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic system and methods
  • Ability to handle various tools, and heavy equipment
  • Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.

  • Spanish is a plus

Experience:
-3 year (Preferred)

  • Supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)
