Best of all the hospital is looking for a mid-career urologist with strong skills to open the practice and help hire the young graduates ( already talking to interested residents and fellows). You can design the practice as you wish and help design the office space as well There is a midlevel training program there to feed midlevels to the practices, so no staffing issues. Starting salary range $500K+
One robot is already in place and a second new one is being purchased. The community urologists are strongly supportive of a new practice and eager to share call and heavy patient loads. The new hospital opens in the fall of 2024 and is committed to open with 3 urologists in place ready to see scheduled patients.
