Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $ $68500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities Supports all marketing needs for the catering business including the facilitation of creative/collateral, social content, digital marketing (websites), high profile special event support, brand positioning, and more.
Collaborates with Delaware North center resources to execute all necessary marketing materials including all catering collateral as guided by the Sales team including menus, signage, and packaging templates.
Participates in regular catering and sales meetings to gain insights into overall financial goals and strategy to help ensure fully integrated marketing efforts and support.
Partners with catering team and location stakeholders to execute marketing efforts.
Partners with center led team resources including creative studio, digital marketing, and more.
Research, write and edit copy for advertising, websites, digital and print publications, social media channels, executive communications, associate communications, news releases, promotions, hiring announcements, articles, talking points, reactive statements, remarks, and other public relations positioning documents.
Assist the directors in leading public relations strategy, management, and execution, as well as managing corporate communication initiatives for Delaware North subsidiaries.
Ensure brand reputation, positioning, values, voice and messaging is upheld and consistently portrayed and communicated.
Assemble media coverage and summary reports for events and stories.
Qualifications 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years of experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area. OR4-year bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area. Restaurant, Destination, Hospitality a plus
Ability to develop, strategically plan, and execute cohesive and targeted marketing communication messaging and materials including objectives and tactics that are tied directly to measurable results.
Experience developing and executing creative and successful corporate communications and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Excellent writing skills, strong verbal communication, and presentation skills with a thorough comprehension of corporate communications and brand marketing.
Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
