This position will be conducted in a Hybrid work format, with the selected individual splitting their time between the Endicott, NY site and remote. This role will also be aligned with our 9/80 schedule, in which we have every other Friday off (44 hours on the 'long' week of 2 week pay period, and 36 hours on the 'short' week, with Friday off on the short week). The hybrid split in this case, is 3 days in-office, 2 days remote during the 'long' weeks, and 2 days in-office, 2 days remote during the 'short' weeks.

BAE Systems is seeking a Program Control Financial Analyst with analytic skills to join the Program Finance team. You will provide financial decision support to stakeholders focused on minimizing risk and maximizing return of program profit by managing financial requirements and program execution. In this job, you will:
  • Forecast and control actual costs & schedules of business programs using Earned Value Management
  • Utilize Microsoft Project; developing and maintaining program schedules
  • Prepares program budgets and schedules and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as variance analysis, quarterly estimates to complete, and schedule risk assessments
  • Being an integral part of program teams and support the overall program financial structure
  • Ability to perform critical analysis of program performance and communicate to Program leadership

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related degree / equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Be able to prioritize and self-manage a multitasked workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse work teams
Pursuant to a specific US Government contract, selected individual must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills- Be able to troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Understand forecasting and trend analysis
  • Capability to communicate and present financial data to other functions and leadership
  • Knowledge of Oracle and Cobra tools a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft project, schedule planning a plus
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $99100

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
