Responsibilities:
- The Guest Services Representative (GSR) supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital by creating a positive first impression of the organization by greeting, welcoming, andassisting patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and hospitable manner.
- Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.
What you will need:
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred:
- One-year experience as a concierge, receptionist, nursing assistant or transporter in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Must have the ability to articulate information in a clear and concise manner.
- Highly motivated to work as a team member and take initiative to provide patients/guests with a positive patient experience.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, must be proficient user of email.
