Responsibilities & Duties

Pool Side/Membership Activities

Organize and execute Activities for the Resort.
Gather and organize supplies.
Setup and teardown of activity events.
Communicate needed supplies for activities when running low or broken.
Motivate and encourage participation for activities pool side.
Promote resort daily and evening events throughout the Resort.
Greet and welcome guests and members to the pool.
Flexible availability including weekends and some late nights.
Familiar with POS systems or willing to learn.
Must be able to communicate with coworker's activities, including needed help and supplies.
Able to follow directions and execute to others in a leadership role.
Must be able to work and have patience with all ages of people.
Organize and ensure pool decks are clean and presentable to incoming guests/members
Assist in picking up and clearing pool deck of used pool towels.
Assist in cleaning and clearing pool deck at end of shift.
Putting up and storing activity games/tools at end of shift.
Qualifications

Current and clean Driver's License

2 years of Customer Service preferred.

Social Events Experience a plus.

Must be able to walk, stand, lift 25 lbs, and bend continuously.

Must be a Socially adaptive.

Must have strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Jonas, Delphi, Canva, and Clubhouse Online are the programs used in this position.
