Responsibilities

As a Business Support Specialist, Job Duties include:
  • Reviews contracts for completeness, validation and qualification of customer information.
  • Indexing of documentation and validation of payment instructions.
  • Managing the documentation from receipt to retention and ensuring that the High Risk payment information is validated and reviewed for completeness and accuracy during the entering process.
  • Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry.
  • Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
  • Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors. Skills:
    • 2+ years working in the Financial Field, Mortgage Industry or Banking Environment.
    • Possess a high attention to detail & focus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Advanced MS Excel.
