Responsibilities

-10 to 15 years of overall experience with 6 to 8 years as Software Developer / Support Engineer and 3 to 5 years of experience in leading a Reliability Engineering team / support / development team.

  • Experience and expertise in Database and Engineered Systems Cloud Platform Services [PaaS, SaaS, & Exadata as a Service].- Leading and driving NOC / War Room calls.
  • Writing RCA and SOP documents and sharing with the teams.
  • Identifying trends and patterns of problems reported and suggesting product improvements.
  • Identifying diagnostic opportunities and driving their implementation.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and function in a cross functional team environment.
  • Experienced with multiple software development methodologies, with an emphasis and passion for Agile.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of the projects

US: Hiring Range: from $94,200 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
