TEKsystems is working with our client, in support of their customer, META. META is outsourcing the installation and maintenance of all of their POP locations around the Los Angeles, CA area. Client is in need of an experienced Smart Hands Technician to fulfill the Operations Technician role for this area. Below is a list of responsibilities for this role:
What is Metro Tech responsibilities?
Operations Technician
• Troubleshooting
• RMA handling
• Hardware replacement
• Power cycling
• Cable Tracing
• Shipping/Logistic
• Audits
• RISC
• ERAD
• Housekeeping
• Inventory management and labeling
• Clean cage (no card boxes, dust, scrap or bolts laying
around etc)
• Tidy spare cabinet
Working hours are 8:30-5:00
Responsible for all META POP's in the greater Los Angeles, CA market
Will take direction from META Management with some Client direction
Will be reimbursed mileage for use of personal vehicle or a rental will be provided, whichever is more cost effective
You will work for TEKsystems.
