Responsibilities Enroll guests in player profiling software and maintain accurate account information
Process player rewards transactions in a timely and efficient manner
Explain games, contests, drawings, and promotional giveaways to guests
Provide excellent guest service
Assist Marketing department with on-site promotional execution as needed
Actively listen to guests' complaints and issues, and expedite their resolution
Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required
One year of front desk or customer service is preferred
Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong active listening and customer service skills
