Job Description

Primary Purpose:

Supports the daily operations within the Payroll Department, while overseeing the end-to-end payroll process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

Principal Duties:

  • Primarily responsible for facilitating scheduled payroll processing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee payroll in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other applicable regulations and policies.
  • Assists with process and change management activities, to include modifications or enhancements to existing payroll systems and processes. Engages in user acceptance testing to guarantee seamless development and adherence to implementation protocols.
  • Assists with producing payroll data requests by auditors and external business partners as needed, serving as a liaison, and collaborating efficiently to fulfill these requests.
  • Assists in the day-to-day support of the tax and deduction supervisor
  • Responsible for specified quarterly and year-end payroll reporting requirements.

Job Related Experience:

Minimum Level: 3-5 years

Preferred Level: 6-10 years

Education:

Preferred Level: Bachelor's Degree (Any)

Preferred Majors:

  • Accounting
  • Banking and Finance - Finance
  • Business - Business Administration

Technical Skills:

  • MS Office Applications (intermediate/advanced Excel required)
  • SAP (required)
  • BSI/ADP (preferred)
