Join the world's leading generator of solar energy as a PGD Maintenance Specialist at NextEra Energy. This role will be based at Calvary Solar/BESS near Monon, Indiana.
The successful candidate will have a strong safety leadership presence and have bias for action. Instrument & controls and electrical maintenance experienced preferred. Experience in planning and executing daily maintenance on utility-scale solar equipment. Experience with Maximo, Operations Model Processes and Microsoft productivity tools.
The position will troubleshoot and analyze equipment performance deviations while ensuring the plants mechanical equipment is in excellent operational condition and available for use at all times.
Experience with six sigma quality tools preferred. Experience preferred in managing projects within budget and identifying capital/O&M projects to forecast plants future budget.Job Overview
Employees in this role direct a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities.
Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short and long term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.
