We are seeking a highly motivated and determined Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties of the role

  • Perform high-volume outbound sales calls to medical, dental, and veterinary clinics, introducing Scratchpay's payment solutions, with a consistent pace of 60 to 80 calls per day.
  • Attend multiple industry trade shows annually on behalf of Scratchpay, actively interacting with potential clients to broaden our market presence.
  • Arrange and manage appointments for the account executive team to streamline in-depth discussions and facilitate closures.
  • Ensure precise and current documentation of sales activities and client engagements within our CRM system.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated history of achievements in sales, particularly within financial services or payment processing.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, , or Salesloft.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at influencing and persuading.
  • Demonstrated resilience and perseverance, excelling in roles demanding regular cold calling and direct sales initiatives.
  • Coachable, inquisitive, intelligent, and characterized by a robust work ethic.
  • Capable of excelling in environments marked by uncertainty, adversity, and objections.
  • Consistently ranks within the top 10% of the sales organization.
  • Previous experience in sales roles targeting medical, dental, or veterinary industries is highly advantageous.
  • Preferred experience in FinTech / B2B / SaaS
