Norfolk, Virginia.
About the Position:
- Employed position with Sentara Medical Group.
- Approximately 18 shifts/month including OP Pulmonology and IP Critical Care.
- Day shifts with night call from home and inhouse APP coverage with teleICU support. Option to participate in night teleICU coverage.
- 57 days/month OP Pulmonology, average patients/day is 1 20bed open, high acuity medical ICU with APP support days and nights.
- Option to participate in teaching medical students.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Shiftbased model starting $475,000+/year.
- Annual Quality Performance Incentive – up to $30,000.
- Signon and Commencement bonus.
- Annual CME allowance $7,500
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and retirement package with matching contribution.
- 35 days annually available for vacation/sick/CME.
Requirements:
- BC/BE in Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine.
- Team player, invested in patient care.
- New grads are welcome.
