RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize Selenium (Java) and UFT QTP (VB Script) to create automated scripts from scratch, update existing ones, and execute hands-on test automation. Perform API Testing leveraging SOAP UI, Parasoft and Postman. Work within an agile development process (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) from the test design, test automation, and execution perspective. Own initiatives and coordinate them end to end, including data setup, closing out issues, managing risk, providing accurate status, and communicating with developers, clients, partners, and management. Understand complex high and low level design to derive the appropriate test coverage depth and breadth. Effectively utilize written/verbal communication to work with various line of business (LOB) partners, technical support teams, management, and executives on presentations, live demos, technical papers, charts, and reporting. Design test plan and test execution of a complex and large scale applications including UI, APIs, and Backend. Identify and implement the test automation solutions for complex test cases using UFT, Selenium, Tosca and SOAP UI, and Hadoop tables. Implement the test automation scripts to execute in CI/CD pipeline. Proceed initiatives and coordinate them end to end, including closing out issues, managing risk, providing accurate status, and communicating with developers, clients, partners, and management using ALMQC, Qtest, Jira, Visio, and Webex. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related; and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation. Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following: Designing test plan and test execution of a complex and large scale applications including UI, APIs, and Backend; Identifying and implementing the test automation solutions for complex test cases using UFT, Selenium, Tosca and SOAP UI, and Hadoop tables; Implementing the test automation scripts to execute in CI/CD pipeline; and, Proceeding initiatives and coordinating them end to end, including closing out issues, managing risk, providing accurate status, and communicating with developers, clients, partners, and management using ALMQC, Qtest, Jira, Visio, and Webex.
