This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEssential duties and responsibilities include (not limited to) the following:
  • Answers all incoming reservations needs for group sales
  • Supports Hilton Hotels in creating group blocks, managing inventory on group pickup, rooming lists
  • Maintains group history in computer system for Hotels in Sales Cluster
  • Strong communication with Sales Team and Revenue Management
  • Generate regular reports on group and preferred account reservation performance, including occupancy rates, revenue metrics, and booking trends.
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton's reservation policies and procedures and relevant industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain the accuracy and integrity of reservation data.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES – Not applicable
