Job description
Provide individual and group therapy in a clinic-based environment Maintain a caseload of up to 70 clients with the expectation of conducting monthly check-ins with 80% of the caseload Weekly therapy with only 20-25 clients from the caseload Patient age group: 18+ (adults) Conduct assessments and evaluations of each case, recording everything accurately and in a timely manner Ensure all documentation of after-visit notes is entered into the EMR system within the required deadlines and according to the organization's standards Develop treatment plans Attend team meetings with Case Managers, BH Clinicians, and Psychiatrists Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure best care for patients May need to provide crisis intervention in the field (seldom) Requirements BBS registration Spanish bilingual (strongly preferred) MSW Schedule Monday- Friday 8:00- 5:00 pmAssociated topics: abuse, advocate, family, forensic, hcpc, mental, mental health, outpatient, social worker, youth
