our client is An eminent global law firm, boasting a robust team of over 1000 lawyers, spread across offices in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East Job DescriptionAnalyze fee structures and develop advanced pricing models to enhance realization and boost overall profitability.Perform analyses on clients and matters to identify trends in revenue, realization, and profitability.Design and implement financial models to forecast the impact of rates, pricing arrangements, and staffing on clients and matters.Assist with RFP preparation by collaborating with the Business Development team and attorneys to contribute to pricing sections of pitches and proposals.Review, track, and evaluate alternative fee arrangements.Generate monthly and ad hoc reports for Client Value, practice groups, and firm leadership to review firm and client performance.Assist in the annual review of standard firm rates and the client rate review process.Collaborate with IT and Financial Systems to improve reporting capabilities.Work with the Billing team to ensure accurate entry of deals into firm and client financial systems.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
BA or BS required2+ years in client service oriented functions, preferably with financial analyst backgroundFlexibility to adjust working hours to the hours necessary for meeting business needsDemonstrate excellent attention to detailExcellent analytical, organizational, and planning skillsAbility to organize and prioritize deadlinesAbility to handle multiple projects and shifting prioritiesHigh proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and the ability to quickly learn and utilize additional software and systems; experience with SQL a plusData-driven and/or financial analytics experience preferred What's on Offer 401k MatchingFlex work Arrangement ( 1 days a week in office )Opportunities for Career Advancement20 days of PTO
