Your opportunity

We're looking for an Electrical Assembler/General Helper to join our manufacturing team in Hicksville, NY. You will be trained to read and understand work orders as well as assemble, test, and inspect light fixtures and individual components.

What you'll do
  • Assemble, wire, inspect, test and package fixtures via an assembly line or workbench process
  • Enter complete and accurate work order information as required
  • Perform quality checks consistent with the inspection and control plans
  • Work with various groups of employees in team-based environment
  • Know and follow established job specific and site wide health and safety procedures and rules
What you'll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format in English
  • Ability to pick up fixtures, lamps, sheet metal, sheet metal parts, and small wires and parts
  • Ability to lift/carry fixtures weighing 50lbs without assistance
  • Able to stand for long periods of time

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
