At CCHS, our Acute Care department staffing has - 2 CNA's staffed to assist RN's with patient care.

As a Critical Access Hospital, our Nursing Leadership steps up to the plate to assist on the floor, working elbow to elbow with staff to give our community the care they need.

Any Nurse Techs operate within the scope of their education and is provided close support to ensure that they have what they need to succeed We offer hands-on training, as we have Simulation's available for education and skills practice.


Compensation:
$ $27.00 per hour depending on experience
Referral Bonuses are available for certain positions hired at CCHS


As a member of the Acute Care staff, you will (within your scope of practice) evaluate diagnostic tests, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate provision of safe patient care while finding collaborative solutions.

We are looking for an individual who can adapt and learn. You will need to have an active Washington State Nursing Technician Registration to be eligible for this position. Our Acute Care staff 12-hour shifts throughout the week from 6:45AM - 7:15PM and 6:45PM - 7:15AM. Shift differentials are available Per diem staff are required to work at least 2 shifts per month.
