About the Opportunity

Pennant Services is seeking an experienced, results-oriented recruiter to help support recruiting across the company.

This Recruiting Resource is a driven, self-sufficient individual with a proven track record of success in high volume recruiting and building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.

As a member of the recruiting team, this person is working to accelerate recruiting at all levels, helping to find "the who" for our service center departments as well as working to support recruiting for our field leaders for the CEO in Training Role.

The Recruiting Resource must be a collaborative owner with excellent communication skills in order to work closely with the Director of Recruiting and department hiring managers to achieve recruiting goals across the company.

Duties and Responsibilities


Working closely with the Director of Recruiting, the recruiting resource must adapt and gain understanding of multiple Pennant service lines, to include Home Health & Hospice, Home Care, Senior Living, Memory Care, among others.

The ideal Recruiting Resource exemplifies shared ownership of recruiting and coordinating across all service lines.

Responsibilities and essential functions include:

  • Help create, review and post job postings, as directed by the Director of Recruiter and Hiring Managers.
  • Develop strong communication and relationships with hiring managers to understand each department and their hiring needs and goals.
  • Review resumes and schedule interviews with candidates to share Pennant's story, core values and culture.
  • Schedule and facilitate all stages of interviews and provide summaries of candidates in the pipeline.
  • Creatively source and engage active and passive talent online and offline.
  • Utilize ATS and candidate scorecard to ensure candidates are properly tracked and go through the full interview process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promotion company's brand and values to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Work with HR resources and Director of Recruiting to ensure offer letter and onboarding items are completed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or high growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration preferred or equivalent related experience.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.
  • High desire to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Excellent communicator who can understand and deliver the company's vision and values.
  • High attention to detail. Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Superior relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirited. Takes Ownership in their results & processes.
