Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

Assist in providing excellent customer service and addressing guest concerns or issues promptly.
Ensure that the hotel consistently meets brand standards and guest expectations.
Staff Management:Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising hotel staff.
Schedule and manage staff assignments, ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among employees.
Financial Management:Assist in creating and managing the hotel's budget.
Monitor revenue and expenses to maximize profitability.
Review financial reports and take corrective actions as necessary.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Vendor and Inventory Management:Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Quality Assurance:Conduct regular inspections to ensure the hotel meets quality standards.
Address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
Reporting:Prepare and submit reports to the General Manager or corporate office as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in hotel management, preferably as an Assistant General Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
