Description:

Looking for a Tax Staff Accountant level professionals that can support closing the books for their clients as well as handling and preparing their tax returns. Ideally would prefer their candidates to have a blend of both tax and bookkeeping experience.

  • Journal entries
  • Account reconciliations in general ledgers
  • Process and make payments for the clients
  • Post payments properly for the client
  • File sales tax
  • Walk clients through all documents and files needed in order to get their return processed in a timely manner and get them the necessary deductions/credits

Qualifications

  • 3+ years accounting experience at a CPA/Accounting Firm
  • Tax Preparation experience 1+ years
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or similar
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Understanding of month end/closing clients books
