Job Description

Mail Management:

Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.Prepare and send outgoing mail, including certified and express mail.Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries

Office Coordination:Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials.Manage office equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs.Organize and maintain office common areas, including conference rooms and break areas.

Customer Service:Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.Previous experience in an office environment, particularly in a mail room or administrative role, is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Capacity to lift and carry packages and office supplies as needed (up to 25 lbs).

Personal Attributes:Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.Able to work independently and as part of a team. What's on Offer

Schedule & Benefits

Initial Full-Time Period: 40 hours per week for the first two weeks.Part-Time Schedule: 20-30 hours per week, three days a week thereafter.Benefits: Available day one through Aetna (health, vision, and dental).
