Job Description

Driving business development efforts to expand and diversify existing client relationships, attracting new clients to the firm, identifying cross-sell opportunities

- Collaborating with attorneys to develop individual business development plans and initiatives

- Developing pitch materials and proposal responses, identifying opportunities for thought leadership, analyzing competitive intelligence, and assisting with client events

- Working with other marketing team members for brand awareness and marketing opportunities

- Leading, mentoring and managing of direct reports

Candidate with relevant Business Development experience ideally in professional services or legal industry
