OCI Network Capacity and Planning is currently in need of a Supplier Sourcing Program Manager (PM) to join our fast-growing team. The PM will be responsible for supporting our hardware ordering and execution program. This role requires a passion for problem-solving, the flexibility to shift with business priorities, and an unrivaled attention to detail.
Additionally, PMs track technical issues, effectively communicate project status, and suggest changes to use company resources more efficiently. PMs identify technical impacts on the organization as they relate to business requirements. They define strategies, regularly participate in executive meetings to present their progress and share project information with stakeholders.
Career Level - IC2
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities for this role include:
- Drive critical server or network rack ordering for various areas of OCI cloud
- Work across various service teams to determine feasibility and timelines
- Create presentations, documents, and other artifacts needed to communicate across the organization
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in program and project management
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
- Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, and presentations
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels within an organization
- High ownership with a strong bias for action
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud services, networking, or SaaS products
- Ability to think broadly and strategically
- Able to identify and resolve process, procedure, and tool gaps to improve overall program success
- Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills

US: Hiring Range: from $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
