The CVC Program Manager is an integral part of the Commercial Vehicle Center Team. This leader will integrate process discipline into the administration of the program to deliver consistent program execution. From tracking and measuring Dealer standards, benefits and payouts, to the creation of tools, resources and CVC Dealer and Field Portal enhancements. This Manager is key to the administration of the CVC Program.

The CVC Program Manager will look for opportunities to maximize program value while minimizing program administration waste. Program efficiency will be key as the program evolves.

The Program Manager will work closely with our Agency personnel to track their efficacy, accuracy and results in delivering the elements codified in their statement of work. This Manager will routinely assess the capacity of our third-party partners and will work with the team to establish robust plans to deliver results.

The CVC Program Manager is nimble and knowledgeable; a strong listener who draws on all of their experience to solve complex problems efficiently and with urgency. These skills are critical to short term execution and our long-term growth. The management of compliance will be key, as it has a direct impact on our National CVC footprint.

What you'll do...

The CVC Program Manager will manage all key CVC Program elements including but not limited to:

Ongoing Program Administration

  • Drive cross functional GO Coordination, Cooperation and Issue Resolution
  • Provide CBM Training and Communication support
  • Serve as the CVC Dealer Communications & Program HQ liaison
  • Champion general CVC Field & EFC Communications
  • Work with OneMagnify to establish Program and tool enhancements
  • Support the Ford Pro Tech/ OneMagnify site migration

Annual Program Roll Over Management

  • Manage and update all CVC Program Dealer Guide content
  • Develop / Modify / Enhance Program Benefits and Standards
  • Review Ship and Update Dealer Kit Contents
  • Activate and drive New Program Year Website improvements
  • Manage enrollment process for current and new CVC Dealer

Dealer Relations Coordinator

  • Champion Dealer Council Pro Sub Comm engagement and content
  • Champion Commercial Advisory Board engagement and content
  • Champion U300 Dealer Advisory Board engagement and content

Program Compliance

  • Conduct monthly Probation Reviews
  • Manage Exception Request Reviews
  • Monitor and manage compliance performance & trends

Budget Management

  • Prepare/Review & submit for approval of the annual CVC Budget
  • Execute the SOW Review and Approval Process
  • Open and manage all annual purchase orders
  • Manage supplier Invoice Reviews/Approvals

You'll have...

  • 5+ years of program marketing, sales, and/or service experience
  • 1+ years of experience in program management, compliance, dealer engagement, and budget management

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Field Sales Experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proven track record of achieving key deliverables in high-paced environments
  • Ability to make complex topics simple for others to learn and adopt
  • Ability to work with third party partners to achieve core deliverables
  • Ability to listen to end users and incorporate their needs into end tools and resources
  • Detail oriented problem solver comfortable making high impact decisions using program data
  • Strong presentation and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable engaging with Dealer Principals and GMs to support the evolution of the program
