We are currently seeking a Packaging Technician for a client in Rowley, MA. DESCRIPTION
  1. Supporting various packaging functions such as but not exclusively, running the automated bagging machine, bagging and boxing various products, assisting in inventory of storage freezers, assisting in the gathering of specific items for packing from work orders.
  2. Organizing paperwork, vials and other materials necessary for packaging.
  3. Operating top labeler/side labeler, and possibly other basic machines if needed.
  4. Assisting in packaging products, comp. cells, kits, and samples when needed.
  5. General packaging help and assistance to other members within the department.
  6. Perform detailed inspections of semi-finished and finished goods to verify conformance to all product specifications.
  7. Assisting in inventory of storage freezers
  8. Assisting in the gathering of specific items for packing from work orders
  9. Organizing paperwork, vials and other materials necessary for packaging
  10. Operating top sealers and printers, and possibly other basic machines if needed
  11. General packaging assistance for other members within Packaging and Production
  12. Perform detailed inspections of semi-finished and finished goods to verify conformance to all product specifications
  13. Assist in the management of inventory for standard and customer-specific packaging supplies
Required Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or GED
  2. Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task with efficiency and accuracy
  3. Demonstrated commitment to quality and accuracy
  4. History of reliability and ability to work effectively within a team
  5. Possess basic computer skills
Duration: 6-12 Month Contract
Location: Rowley, MA onsitePay Rate: $18-20 per hour DOEHours: 7a-3p or 8a-4p Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately
