  • Collaboration and leadership : Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements and challenges, providing technical leadership and guidance on all aspects of IAM. Ability to influence organizational leaders to standard platforms and designs. Liaison with service managers to provide architecture on priorities ahead of engineering implementation time.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions in enterprise grade (multi-million, multi-region) large-scale environments.
  • Deep understanding of security protocols, authentication, and authorization methods.
  • Extensive experience with IAM tools such as ForgeRock, Ping Federate, Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, AWS IAM, or similar.
  • Hand-on experience with Active Directory and ForgeRock will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
