We've Network is looking for compassionate, adaptable, and empathetic Peer Support Mentors (PSM) who have unique interests, skills, talents and enjoy sharing those things with others.


As a PSM you will work directly with the neurodivergent individuals we serve who need support with learning new skills, achieving their goals, and finding their place in our community.

We provide 1:1 Home & Community Companion Care, Supported Group Activities, and Supported Employment Job Coaching. Personal development can be challenging. But you know how rewarding it can be. We are looking for people who are inspired by the challenge of supporting this kind of positive social change.

Our Peer Support Network means you are never solely responsible for the well being of those you support.

You can trust that we will be there to support you through the challenges of personal development for you and the peers you support.

You will be provided with access to innovative biofeedback devices and assistive technology. You will be trained in our unique approach to personal development.

The We've Network approach includes tools and techniques that support development of executive function skills, emotional regulation, and personal identity.

We want to pay you to work on your personal development, while mentoring your peers to do the same.

Weekly Commitment:
Our ideal candidate is able to commit between 12 to 30 regular hours per week.

To ensure that we can provide consistent and high-quality support to our members, we are looking for individuals who can also commit to being on call for at least two days a month, which will typically fall between Friday and Monday.


Geographic Considerations:

We are seeking Peer Mentors who can serve in various areas, including: NE Portland, Milwaukie, Canby, Oregon City, Wilsonville, Tigard, Sandy, Clackamas, and Gresham areas.
