They make dairy proteins like caseins, milk and whey protein for use in bakery, beverage, frozen desserts, confectionery and food industries.
Job Description
Evaluate customer purchase orders to create suitable production schedules for 6 dryers.Forecast, create, and maintain production schedules based on customer requirements.Use the ERP system for production job management.Use of the ERP system to create new finished products in the system along with the associated bill of materials.Communicate with customer to arrange delivery of raw materials and shipment of finished products back to customer.Calculate and communicate the amount of raw materials, packaging supplies, and production line time needed to produce the required amount of finished product for customers.Coordinate supply chain activities with manufacturing operations.Promptly inform the relevant departments and customers of changes to current production schedules.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
