Opportunity DetailsThis position is 100% on site. No remote option.
- Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR operational plans.
- Develop succession planning strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within the organization for positions of responsibility.
- Develop progressive and proactive compensation programs; continually assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.
- Develop performance management and evaluation systems and processes across all departments and locations.
- Develop appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organization.
- Manage the Human Resource Information Systems database and necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR function.
- Coordinate the activities, programs and strategic HR plans of Site HR Departments throughout the organization.
- Provide HR metrics and reporting for Senior Leadership and our Board.
- Conduct Employee Engagement Surveys and follow-up.
- Provide technical advice and knowledge to others within the Human Resources discipline.
- Researches, develops, recommends, and executes creative strategies to foster the organization's diversity goals.
- Reviews current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the company's diversity goals.
- Collects and analyzes statistical data to evaluate the company's population in accordance with diversity standards and goals.
- Drafts and implements recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds.
- Develops and/or acquires training and development to aid diversity and retention initiatives.
- Maintains knowledge and acts as company liaison with government agencies concerning affirmative action, diversity-related issues, legislation, and equal employment opportunities.
- Provides training and policy updates to colleagues, ensuring legal compliance of management and Human Resources staff.
- Masters' Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of related experience
- Hospital/healthcare experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated performance management and leadership competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
