Pay Rate: $20.00 hourly Overview: We are looking for a new team member to join our 4x WNBA Champion Seattle Storm in the position of Coordinator, Premium Service.
The Coordinator, Premium Service is responsible for the day-to-day administration of current and prospective premium clients. Duties include client communication for catering orders, ticketing, billing, event execution, touchpoints and retention. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist with servicing the accounts of all premium prospects and clients
  • Provide excellent service with every prospect and client interaction
  • Coordinate with business operations including sales team, arena catering staff, and building operations when necessary to ensure all client needs are communicated
  • Foster reliable and responsive relationships internally and externally
  • Work with the Manager, Premium Sales on business plans and budget overseeing adherence to both
  • Attend all Seattle Storm home games to host clients, create meaningful touchpoints, and manage Premium execution

Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience in sports or direct customer service
  • Candidate must have a strong work ethic and desire to continue a career in sports or customer service
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented work environment
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • High level of integrity, positivity, and eagerness to learn
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes home games, nights, and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
