Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Medical Office Receptionist

Work location: 7517 Campbell Road – Suite 616 Dallas, Texas 75248

Work environment: Family Care

Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday, (8:00am – 5:00pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm)

Here's What You Need:

· High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

· Six months of Healthcare experience in a clinical setting, or Customer Service experience in a clinical setting or office environment (PREFERRED)

What You Will Do:

· Perform a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and perform routine duties within the clinic

· Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately

· Schedule appointments according to office guidelines

· Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductible amounts

· Prepare charts for patients' appointments making sure all necessary information is complete
