Assist patrons with finding seats that meet their needs and offer suggestions and options based on availability.
Scheduling guests for an event or attraction.
Answer incoming calls from potential ticket buyers.
Use the point-of-sale system to process ticket transactions.
Handle guest purchases in a friendly, efficient manner.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Ability to serve guests quickly.
Basic math and cash handling skills.
Basic computer skills.
The ability to multi-task.
Physical Requirements May be required to work in a small space, such as a ticket booth.
Ability to withstand a variety of temperatures depending on the season.
Manual dexterity to process ticket purchases and issue guest tickets.
